    The Cadac Carri Chef 50 BBQ 2 Plancha/Chef Pan Combo is based around the Carri Chef 50, a luxury all-in-one gas BBQ with a large cooking surface area of 47cm – the largest of CADAC’s portable range and perfect for anyone with a taste for all styles of cooking. BBQ, bake, steam, roast… the possibilities are endless.

    This barbecue is recognised as the ultimate modular gas barbecue. Easy to build, use, clean and stow, this barbecue is compact and efficient, perfect for anyone with a taste for barbecuing but short on space. With automatic piezo ignition and a powerful, finely adjustable burner, you get consistent, delicious results on the grill every time.

    The Carri Chef 50 BBQ 2 Plancha/Chef Pan Combo comes complete with a ceramic coated BBQ 2 Plancha 50 and Chef Pan 50, multiplying your cooking options. With grease drainage holes for healthier cooking, the half-and-half Plancha cooking surface is ideal for all types of cooking. Fry eggs on the flat side while grilling sausages and bacon on the ribbed half. A removable pot stand is also included, along with a convenient utility tray for condiment and tool storage.

    The porcelain enamelled fat pan has flame peep-holes to keep a check on the flame during cooking. When you have finished cooking, simply lift the fat pan off for easy cleaning. The dome lid, with stay-cool handle and thermometer, also hooks onto the back of the BBQ to act as a wind protector.

    With a separate storage bag, do not let its portability deceive you, this barbecue reigns supreme.

    Carri Chef 50 barbecues will run off either Butane or Propane gas, which regulates between 28-30mbar (Butane) and 37mbar (Propane).

    Cadac don’t supply a regulator and hose with any of their barbecues due to the fact that, as they can be run from multiple gas sources, there isn’t one single compatible regulator. Regulators and hoses are therefore sold separately, so that customers can make sure they have the type appropriate to their gas source.

    Cadac Easy Clean

    The burner box of CADAC patio barbecues have clean and smooth inside surfaces made from enamel coated steel or coated aluminium. The Easy Clean System enables water to drain off in a removable fat drip cup. With the telescopic hose the water will flow into a bucket.

    Our cooking tops have a non-stick coating, making them easy to clean. Our portable barbecues have an enameled fat pan that can easily be removed and washed.

    Cleaning has never been this simple; just use a sponge and some water with detergent.

    Green Grill

    From 2018 most of our cooking surfaces will be supplied with ‘GreenGrill coating’. This ceramic coating is made from organic materials and doesn’t contain any toxic substances.

    The CADAC GreenGrill is much more durable and harder than normal non-stick coating. It resists higher temperatures, divides the heat better and holds this heat, so less gas is used while grilling.

    Cooking tops are very easy to clean with some water and detergent.

    Thermo Grill

    CADAC patio barbecues are supplied with our new, innovative Thermogrills.

    These unique, enameled steel grids provide an even heat distribution and a quicker heat-up time. The heat will not go around the grid, but is ‘trapped’ in the U-profile. This results in a lower gas consumption.

    The grill is heated over the complete surface, so the complete grid can be used for grilling.
